The Navigator North Offshore Wind project aims to deliver 1.5 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy through offshore wind turbines located in Victoria’s declared Gippsland offshore wind zone.
The Navigator North project is being developed through an incorporated joint venture owned by Australia’s leading integrated energy company, Origin, and the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, RES, the Origin x RES JV.
In July 2024 the Australian Government awarded the project a feasibility licence.
